This is a beautiful nurturing course for both you and your toddler, young child or family. (under one year olds are of course able to attend with their older siblings or if you are happy too)

The connection that you have with your child/ren will deepen with communication tools that focus on empathy and compassion and the needs expressed behind the tears and tantrums.

We will use the moments that arise organically during exploratory play, to explore what's behind the big feels expressed by your toddler and and any triggers that may arise within you around sharing, getting hurt, hitting to name just a few.

It’s also time to enjoy nurturing and inspiring conversations with other conscious parents.

This is the perfect opportunity to invest in quality time with your child/ family. Away from the endless to do list at home and free from distractions. It’s a commitment to yourself and your family to get out into NATURE, which is so easy not too when there is so much to do or the weather is a little bit blah!

You will never regret spending a couple of hours in the bush and its pretty much a guarantee that you will go home feeling better and more relaxed, and hopefully gifted with a big afternoon nap so that you can enjoy some quiet/ quieter time.
